Welcome to the Australian Battery Industry Association (ABIA) website. The website provides you with information on the ABIA and batteries. It is generic information and is not specific to an individual’s circumstances.

The Australian Battery Industry Association (ABIA) is the owner, operator and publisher of this website.

By using, browsing and/or reading the website, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. The ABIA may change them at our discretion. Any changes will take effect immediately and will be reflected on this page. Please ensure that you review the terms and conditions regularly as you will be deemed to have accepted a variation if you continue to use the site after it has been posted.

Registered users

Some areas of the ABIA’s website require you to be registered as a site user. By entering your email address and password, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

We allow you access to the login areas of the site on the basis of being a member of ABIA and a personal user, in that your email address and password are personal to you and may not be used by anyone else to access the ABIA’s website. As a site user, you warrant that you will not maliciously create additional login accounts for the purpose of abusing the functionality of the site, or other users; nor do you seek to pass yourself off as another user.

If, for any reason, we believe that you have not complied with these requirements, we may, at our discretion, cancel your access to the login areas of the ABIA’s website immediately and without giving you any advance notice. If we wish to bring the agreement to an end, we will do so by emailing you at the address you have registered stating that the agreement has terminated. The agreement will terminate and your email address and password will become invalid on the Clean Energy Council’s website immediately.
